Welcome to "Amicus Meus" Maine-Coon Cattery website.

Maine-Coon - is an aboriginal breed of cats originated from cats, which lived on the farms in the North-East of America in Maine State.

Maine-Coon - is the biggest among all domestic cats. Maine-Coon males and females are affectionate and attached to humans. Maine-Coon kittens are very curious with a very soft and tender character. The hugest, the biggest cats, gigantic cats - they call the representatives of this beautiful breed in so many ways.

An adult Maine-Coon male may weigh up to 10-12 kilos (22-26.5 lbs). Everyone who has a Maine-Coon at home, notices the features, characteristic only to those cats. These are developed mind and a pronounced personality of every pet. At a very first glance a Maine-Coon cat may create an impression of a wild and formidable animal, but actually it is always loving and tender. Maine-Coons are clever and quickly establish deep warm relations with the owner. They easily make friends with other cats and dogs.

All our kittens are delivered to the owner vaccinated according to their age, accustomed to a litter tray and a scratcher, not earlier than at the age of 3 months.
